More than A Housing Community
Lisbon Vista Heights is a project of Bay Vista, an affordable housing non-profit active in the San Diego community since 1966. Bay Vista provides safe, attractive affordable housing, supported additionally by family-centered financial, health and educational programs which create pathways from generational poverty to generational wealth.
In addition to creating homeownership opportunities enabling Encanto residents to participate in the gentrification of their own neighborhood, LVH reflects Bay Vista’s continued investment in the vibrant, diverse, culturally rich Encanto neighborhood.
